Daily Wishes & Love Notes respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when our private social-media management tools connect to services such as Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook.

Purpose of the service

We use a private, self-hosted content-management system to create, schedule, and publish original inspirational images and captions to social media accounts owned and managed by Daily Wishes & Love Notes.

Information we access

When an account owner authorizes a connection, the service may access:

• Basic account and profile information;
• Boards, Pins, posts, and other content belonging to the authorized account;
• Permission tokens needed to publish scheduled content; and
• Basic content-performance information when available.

How information is used

Information is used only to:

• Authenticate accounts selected by the business owner;
• Create, schedule, and publish original content;
• Display and organize the owner’s boards and posts; and
• Review basic performance information for content planning.

Information sharing

We do not sell personal information or social-media data. We do not share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Information is shared only with the applicable social platform when necessary to provide an action requested by the account owner, or when required by law.

Storage and security

The service is privately operated and self-hosted. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect authentication credentials and connected-account information. Access is limited to the business owner and authorized administrators.

Data retention and deletion

Information is retained only as long as required to operate the authorized integrations. A connection may be revoked through the relevant social platform or removed from our management system. Associated access tokens and locally retained integration data will then be deleted when no longer needed.

Third-party platforms

Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and other connected platforms operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Daily Wishes & Love Notes does not control how those platforms process information.

Children’s privacy

This service is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when our practices or connected services change. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
